Here's a little handbook that the guys over in the Teambuilder sub-forum put together for recreating FCS schools. Just ignore the FCS stuff.

Is it up to date? I saw Oregon was running a 4-3, but then I looked at it again, and it's using NCAA 12 ratings...

I thought it was. Maybe it isn't, I'm not entirely sure.

I was looking for something that would include the program grades for recruiting, but that spreadsheet is pretty handy either way. Thanks man.
