Maddens Biggest Flaw?

What is currently the biggest flaw in Madden right now? There's certainly a laundry list to choose from, but I'd have to go with the defensive pursuit. All defenders always run straight at the ball carrier, with no regards to angle, movement of ball carrier, or other players on the field. This is, imo, the biggest reason the offense is so overpowered. Because of terrible pursuit angles, offensive players get away with unbelievable plays that that never ever should.

What do you guys think Maddens greatest flaw is?

CPU AI.

Whether it's roster management, clock management, or playcalling or what individual players do on each and every play. CPU does not pick up on tendencies, does not understand it's own roster and who to go with, doesn't understand game situations. So any competent user has an edge over the CPU. So in order to achieve difficulty in game players have to behave unrealistically to make up the gap.

Outside of the regression caused by the wonky new physics engine, my age old beef has been ratings are meaningless to many positions. After so many years ratings should mean everything at every position.

The OL/DL interactions pretty much define how plays work or don't work in the NFL, and they are all but meaningless in Madden.

for me its the A.I ,simulated stats and ratings
the A.I is always doing crazy stuff they have no foresight with what they are doing whether in be in game or outside of the game (crazy drafts, trades, 3/4 or 4/3 defenders playing in the opposite formation)
you notice it when you increase the difficulty the A.I doesnt get better the game just makes you worst

simulated stats whether it be to many RB's rushing for alot of yards or to many /not enough sacks or the wrong players getting /not getting sacks
i am yet to see a Madden game with realistic sim stats

player ratings dont mean much in game (they only really effect simmed stats) speed is always the most effective for WR's and HB's

I haven't noticed many, but they are definitely there.
Such as the HORRIBLE Onside Kick recovering, I mean, it is just bad.
Half of your team will pounce on it, hop off, and then one guy will shin it back to the other team, seriously, how hard is it for six guys to grab a ball? I'm hoping they fix this soon.

thats the exact reason I dont call it artifical intellegence. If a football team was run the way the CPU runs things in this game I doubt that the word intelligence could be associated with that organization.
