Are the frame rate issues from 2K12 gone?

I basically had to stop playing 2k12 after the xmas patch because I would get choppy gameplay where the framerate dropped significantly (2k cam).

Im looking to get this game soon, but don't want the same issues as it makes the game almost unplayable for me. I'm not sure if the framerate issues were widespread for 2k12 so I'm just making sure no one has had these issues with 2k13.

Last year, I would notice them when playing on the 2k camera angle on certain courts.

This year, I have had no issues whatsoever. I can't promise they are 100% gone, but I haven't experienced any problems.
