Best/worst recruiting teams

I'm trying to find the best recruiting and the worst. I have a scale to calculate the teams but I can't do all the teams so I need recommendations for teams.
For top teams I have- Alabama and Ohio st. Added Oregon USC Texas Florida lsu, Florida state
For bottom teams I have- Akron Army utsa and umass added New Mexico State Idaho

Have to include Oregon in there, and probably USC this season.

San Antonio should be easy since it's Texas. I'd say toughest would be Idaho, New Mexico State, Massachusetts. Teams in lowly regarded conferences and not in a state that produces much of anything in the way of Division 1-A athletes.

Easiest would be Southern Cal, Texas, Florida, Alabama, LSU, Ohio State types.

Any school in California, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, Carolina's would be the easiest. Those states are loaded with talent.

The hardest would be crappy conference schools in crappy states, New Mexico, Idaho, Dakotas. Kansas is a hard state, some northeast states have hardly any prospects.

I didn't realize there were teams on here from the Dakotas. Kansas has B+ closeness to Texas.

Texas, USC, and Florida/Florida State are the easiest I would say. UMass and NM State are the hardest. Idaho is hard too, but close to Cali.

I can confirm, Army is pretty hard to recruit with.

My Cyclones are probably the hardest BCS conference team to recruit with. I seriously start with only 20 players interested at the beginning of recruiting.

I don't think any of the school pitches besides conference prestige are above a C+ to start out with. You do have the benefit of having Cali, Texas and Florida as pipelines though.

It doesn't stack up with the others you posted, but because of A+ campus lifestyle, Hawaii is pretty easy to recruit with. The teams you're recruiting against are pretty poor and every call you can pitch your campus lifestyle against theirs for like a 200 point swing.
