How to delete/Make new account

I have requested to delete my NBA 2K13 account on OCT
13th. The email I have received from 2Ksports claimed it will be
deleted 24-48hrs. After 48hrs my account still has not been deleted.
The reason I want to delete my NBA 2K13 myplayer account is because it
can not connect to 2Ksports apps such as Facebook Mylife/MyNBA2K app
for mobile devices. When I log into the MyNBA2K account it says "Guest Player" not my name. Is there a way to create a new account? I tried deleting all my saves when i log into my game it recognizes my old myplayer account.

Same problem here.Requested more than 2 days ago to be deleted but the account is still there.Can anybody give us a solution?thanks

Good luck with that. I requested mine be deleted mid October and nothing happened. I haven't heard of anybody successfully deleting their account. The online/VC element of this game is atrocious.
