In my testing, I found that all game speed does is speed up or slow down EVERYTHING, players, the clock, the ball, the refs, the crowd. Think of it as a time speed slider. IMO opinion for realistic play it should be left at 50 and that's it!

Player Speed is the slider you want to mess with to adjust game play. Personally I run with player speed at 42 to get a realistic amount of FGA's
