Ronnie says he agrees CPU offensive rebounding needs to be toned down and dev is aware. This is great news.

Seriously, if this is indeed patched I may never put this game down. The game play is so great everywhere else. This has been my only complaint so far, and a lot of you on this board know I've been complaining about it lol

I hope they understand the problem. It's not just that CPU rebounds too well. It's that your teammates don't box out automatically.

Yes, this is true. However, I honestly don't think there is much they can do about that in this years game :/ That is probably gonna have to be fixed in future installments as they will have to fix the rebounding system as a whole...

But we can at least look forward to realistic rebounding numbers, which is all I'm asking for.

Improving the defensive rebounding and boxing out is what is needed. There is no reason to cripple the cpu's abilities.

Maybe I'm wrong and they can correct what you guys are saying, but I have a feeling they will just turn down the CPU offensive rebounding abilities...

The implemented boxing out in NBA 2k11 perfectly, you'd be surprised at what they can do.

fixing offensive rebounding and rebounding in general are 2 different things almost. offensive boards can be fixed somewhat with sliders...but the root problem is rebounding as a whole. it's just awful and unrealistic. the big problem is that there's not a lot of boxing out.
