How to hit-and-run?

Every time I try a hit-and-run and I make contact, the runners stops no matter if it's a ground ball or a fly ball. This happens even with two outs. Is there anyway to fix this?

You may be accidentally pressing the L2 Button, that makes runners stop immediately, so try to not have your finder off it as it is very sensitive. If you still encounter the same problem even if you're not touching the L2 button, try holding down L1 to keep him running the bases and non-stop.
