After my first season I got offered(and accepted)a contract extention. Does anyone know where(if at all)you can view the details of it? Years? Pay? Is it goal based? Anyone know???

It just means you met your goal and you gain more XP per game and get harder goals.

Gotcha...so safe to assume that where you have the option to turn coach firing on/off that you can essentially coach the same team until you retire?
