Im using Superstar/Sim but it a little hard and will go down a notch.

Allstar/Sim is the best for me. Pro/Sim we win every game by huge margins and I meet every goal. On Allstar, we win and lose tight games and the goals are challenging; eventho the CPU cheeses sometimes. Pretty happy thus far.
