Here are the stats for finishing the training camps for these Legends I've done so far. This is way better then spending a lot of VC on attribute. The only downside is that you can only do 2 per season and can not do the same Legend training camp twice throughout your career.

Bill Russell +3 Low Post +3 Block +2 Defensie Rebound +2 Strength
Michael Jordan - +5 Dunk +5 Vertical +3 Shoot in Traffic +1 Speed
Larry Bird - +3 Shot 3pt +3 Free Throw +2 Medium Shot +2 Consistency
John Stockton - +2 Ball Handling +2 Off Hand Dribbling +2 Stamina +2 Durability
Hakeem Olajuwon +3 Low Post Offense +3 Standing Dunk +2 Post FadeAway +2 Post Hook
Isiah Thomas - +2 Layup +2 Ball Security +2 Quickness +2 Shoot Off Dribble

I have a ? about this mode..Why can I not play it more than once?Id like to run these drills over and over but once Im done I cant figure out how to do it again...Maybe Im missing something..Its tough to remember all these drills after a couple of Buds LOL...

Just go to training camp in the main menu. You wont have legends teaching you, but it will be the same moves.

I just did the MJ one, saved me a lot of VC

Got me from 93 dunk to 98 and 97 speed to 98 all for 500 VC

Do you know if these boost your stats over your cap? Let's say you max your vertical at 70, will it push it to 75?

Now how do these compare to just buying the upgrades?

Saves you a lot of VC if you do it to attributes that are already high. Don't do it early in the season/career or you won't get much for the value.
