I would like to pick up The how and see it used online for about $7 or so cheaper than new...so I was wondering if there's anything I would be missing by buying it used versus new?

Like for example in EAs games you need that online pass so if you get the game used then you can't get online...

Just wondering if I should spring the extra $7 or so to get it new vs. just snagging a used copy..

Not really. The Show also has an online pass, but I would imagine it's only 5 or so dollars on PSN. I'm not sure though.

If you don't plan on playing Diamond Dynasty or any other online modes, you don't need the pass at all. It seems like all the good rosters are here on OS, which means they also have their own download links, which means you don't need access to the roster or player vaults.

I'd buy it new. You get the online pass and at gamestop the used games are only 10 pct cheaper anyways. Then you'll have to buy an online pass....so you aren't really saving any money.

You'll want to play DD too. The community is still active on there and it is tons of fun making your squad. Look out for my Flint Tropics

I only buy new because used game sales do not support developers of game. For an extra few bucks..I have a perfect copy of the game and profits are then directed to the game developer which helps them continue to make the game

Screw Gamestop. It's $30 new through Amazon, with free shipping, if you can wait a week for it arrive.

It's better to buy it new because you get the online pass otherwise it cost $9.99 on the Playstation Network (With the online pass you can download rosters and such including the famous Knight and Company's Rosters). And since the game has gone way down in price and is not much difference from buying it used take advatage on it being new. Just my opinion, but it could be done used if you want too.
