Urgent help needed
With the recent patch that's coming out, I am in desperate need of an accurate roster for PlayStation 3 that has ratings spread out

What I mean by that is that I don't want 1,000 players rated 90s, but only like 40 or something

In other words a very realistic and spread out rated roster. For PS3. Any help guys??
