Attention Slider Gurus, A Realistic CPU v CPU Slider Set Needed For Coach Mode League

A true coach mode is supposed to be coming to M13 in the next patch and would like to start a coach mode only league. I think that will require a good realistic slider set for CPU v CPU games. Unless I am mistaken and even in coach mode, the User sliders apply when the coach is a User.

Either way, I don't know the first thing about sliders and would appreciate you guys expertise in establishing a slider set for this type of league.

Here are the best resulting sliders i've used

Fast Speed, 75 Spd threshold. And keep everything equal. Have the USER/CPU exactly the same.

Fool around with the sliders just have the same setings like for example:
USER Catching 50/CPU Catching 50. Easy enough.

OR you can try setting each attrubute equal to 100. I use the 25 USER 75 CPU and it gives me some great results. So have everything on the user 25 and everything on the cpu 75. Pass Offense, Rush Offense, Pass Defense, Rush Defense.

For penalties, The pass interference for offense, defense, and special teams can be at 100. Also Int grounding can be at 100. I wouldn't raise each of the other settings past 55 ecspecially Roughing the passer and false start. Those two should be lower acutally than 55 but the 50-55 range is good.

10-12 Mins 10-15 second accelerated clock is good ranges for Online leagues. That's just my opinion.

Auto subs

The QB can be set very low 0/2 (QB's should never come out)

The O-Line can be set low as well to like 10/15

The rest can be defult. But remember if you want to change them, if you set the setting higher like a 90/95, will make them sub more. And, 20/25 will make them sub less. Pretty self explainatory.

This is what I've found that has worked for me. Good luck!

@Gaycandybacon, thanks for the response but I am confused, lol.

I guess my first question is, for Coach Mode, meaning the User is NOT controlling any players on the field, only play calling, so you think the CPU or User sliders will effect the on-field game play?

Or are you figuring it shouldn't matter because those settings should provide realistic results?

Have you ever tested sliders to see if they effect the play of CPU v CPU games?

Lol sorry I didn't mean to get you confused.

But yea I've tested it. That's why I think you should always keep the sliders equal just in case the sliders affect both CPU and User.

Most definitely equal sliders set is the way to go for CPU vs CPU IMO.
We will find out for sure when the patch drops and do some testing.

I am trying to figure out does Coach Mode equal CPU v CPU or is that still considered User v User, even though neither User is controlling the players.

I would go with User vs CPU considering how CCM is. I assume we can't change teams midstream like in M12 or even pick which team we want to control in the game - so the User team might be the one with the User's coach character.

But you never know...so I would keep them even until testing can start to show something else as definitively as any of this stuff can be shown short of a revelation from the EA gods.

I meant in the context of playing a User v User game with both Users in Coach Mode. I guess the premise still stands that it would likely be the User sliders that would apply to both. I just was not, am not sure considering the sliders I am referring to are game play sliders and neither User would be controlling game play.

I did a search and found this older thread, I wonder if these sliders would still apply in M13 CCM.
