Better than 2k11

I've been reading about all these early issues (crazy CPU rebounding, poor help d, too easy scoring from paint, auto save) with NBA 2k13 from the impressions board and I want to know is it still worth buying or should I just stick with 2k11 and update my rosters? Keeping in mind that 2k has a good history of fixes gameplay issues in patches. Thanks for your thoughts.

A lot of nit picking going on.... as usual. It's not better than 2k11, but I can't really find another sports game that was... at least this gen. But it's way better than 2k12 and I'm glad that I got it. The only complaint I have is the Jay-Z overload. Other than that, the gameplay is amazing. I put a move on D. Williams using Austin Rivers that I've never seen before.

If you don't listen to nothing else listen to me. 2k11 and any 2k is trash compared to this one.... The gameplay is awesome and the blocking is perfect you just have to time it right... The Sig skills are perfect. I'm playing association as bulls on superstar and CPU plays great and are very beatable...

About all that auto save stuff I don't know, It's not that serious to me, gameplay is best its ever been throw 2k11 away

Absolutely Better than 11! Are you a gameplay guy? Get it. Sliders and or patch will solve issues.

Lol yall kill me with 2k11 talk it was a good game but 2k12 was even better than it

That's bullish. Try controlling D Rose on 2k11 compared to 2k12. On 2k12 he was sliding all over the court. You really had no control. 2k11 is a classic and 2k13 is picking up where it left off. 2k12 was an off year.

Well yea those bump animations in 12 sucked but still.....

In 2k13 Rose is a lot smoother and faster than 11 or any 2k 13 is the best by far gameplay wise and yall know it

Can't argue with that. I used D Rose in practice mode and it was just sick how he was pulling off moves. And I felt in control.
