Sliders for 12 minute quarter game play?

Anybody have a good slider set for 12 minute quarter gameplay. I feel as if the sliders are meant for 5 minute quarters. Scores are really high, like 30 points a quarter.

hey man im gonna be working on a slider set for association 12 min, just for starters though i suggest tweaking the cpu's 3pt success (if youve noticed that when the cpu takes a 3 it hardly matters if there is a man in their face)
turn up over the back fouls for cpu and user, helps with the super offensive rebounders
turn up fouls(if u like sim)
another big thing to do is mess with the tendencies of the cpu, to match what u believe is a realistic game
AGAIN this is just for starts i havent messed with all the sliders yet, my next goal is to somehow get the contact shots to be realistic(everytime one of my men go up for a block and it seems like they made contact with the ball, its like the outcome is in favor of the scorer)

started at simulation, lowered every shot success by an addition 2 points, raised the mid range tendency to 75 and im having pretty decent games stats wise.

The points scored per quarter is relative to the length of the quarter.
