Anyone purchased the Spanish Language Announcer DLC? (400 msp)

Wondering if anyone has bought it and if it adds anything to the game? I know for a long time I've kinda wished for two or three announce teams in a game and this could be a fun little add-on if it's worth it.

Si, pero vivo en USA . Aun asi en Barcelona ya lo estan vendiendo en algunas tiendas de barrio. Si eres de por ahi me entero del nombre de la tienda.
