I think if you picked it up from gamestop the code should be on the receipt that they gave you

From what I've read in another topic you'll have to wait till they update the PSN later today.

I might be wrong though.

Never trust digital downloads. Ever. Nothing beats a good ole' fashioned physical copy.

Where did you see them confirm 2K13 for a midnight release on PSN? I see where they said that some of those "Day 1 Digital" games MAY have midnight releases but nothing was confirmed then.

And if the game doesn't have a midnight release and gets put on PSN later today then they still lived up to their end of the deal. It would allow you to download the game on release day.
