Ways to get VC

So.... My MyPlayer sucks and gets very little VC per game. I've been playing MyTeam and you get 250 VC per game. Not that many people on right now though so I also play MyTeam Exhibition. You get 250 per game completed, and 100 for winning against rookie, 200 for winning against pro. I've been able to beat the pro team 3/3 times but they're all super close games. I played against the all star exhibition team and their team was ridiculous. Wade, Lebron, Iverson, Chris Paul some other bullcrap. I only lost by 10 but I'm using a team with all bronze players.... I assume you get 300 more points if you win against them.

I also played exhibition against my friends and I got 250 VC for the first game we played but we got on points for the second game. Anyone know if you get VC for other modes (association)?

what does this equate to in game?


can this say take a 68 overall player and make him a 75 or an 80?
Or is it the difference between 68 and 70?


In 2k12 on PC i used Cheat engine to Boost my SP. I was surprised by how many skill point I had to give My player before he was 80 overall. And thats without any significant boost to awareness ratings. So i feel as if 10,000VC is a poultry amount. Mind you if your earning 200 per game it'd take ages before you have a decent amount. Companies do this on purpose to encourage people to take shortcuts(like EA, who everyone LOVES!).

After seeing a 3 v 3 blacktop video and learning that MyPlayers seem to be saved on a cloud server somewhere, im curious about what the quickest way to attain an 80 rated player without supporting scandalous microtransactions or playing sliderless MyCareer would be.

That's a good chunk of change. You earn very little VC in this game and the VC required to boost skills is very low compared to 2k12 which is strange because 20,000 VC is needed for one star player in MyTeam.

For example, if you get a B+ rating in a game that your team wins and you put up ok stats (honestly, I haven't even scored over 10 points. it's way harder than 2k12 to score with a crap PG) you will get 120 VC. If it's a key game you'll get 2x so 240. Getting gold in a drill gets you 60 VC.

I've only earned roughly 2000 VC from playing MyPlayer. The stats that you have at their lowest are about 20 VC to improve. Right now I'm at 67 passing and that only costs me about 60 VC to improve.

Dunking at 65 costs me 100 each. Inside, Close, Medium at 70 costs me 100 VC each upgrade.

so 10,000 could theoretically make you go from starting at 65 to I imagine a 72-ish player. Probably more if you spread out the points to your weaker stats that don't cost a lot of VC.

Yes, every single mode yields VC.

ok. so do you think winning a Quick 12 min quarter game on HOF = winning a 2 minute game on HOF in terms of VC earned?
