Then why don't You just set some attributes lower than PetrPuck? I think he has done quite good job rating the players.

Funny how everyone is a scout. Ratings are highly subjective, which is why if you are looking for CAPS and you're not gonna do them yourself for whatever reason, you take what you can get. As stated above, if you have an issue with a Cap, adjust it to your liking.
