How do you change the ref?

Can't seem to figure it out. Also who is the strict ref? For FIFA. 13

I don't believe this is an option. I could be mistaken.

I'm completely new to the series (I don't think I've had a FIFA game since 06?), but I'm 90% sure I saw this, or something similar to it option somewhere in the Settings menu.

I think it stuck out to me because I thought of The Show. I could be totally wrong, as I said I'm a noob to this series, but I'd check out everything in the Settings menu the next time you fire it up.

You can change it, they have a lot of them too..Mostly strict, on default its random refs.. I'm not at home but explore the settings it's in there.
