Player CCM As a WR Too Easy?

Well i stared a CC Online WR only with a couple of friends with the difficulty set to all madden and needless to say we all broke NFL records in our first games. Each of us Gaining over 200 yrds in receptions and Half way completing our season goals in one game.I know some of you guys are gonna be like "Thats not sim football,Get players that play sim" But that's not the point I am trying to make hear.I feel like Offense in this game this year is to easy for players.... How do you guys feel?

Yeah it is too easy, i did the same thing with my WR, so then i tried playing RB, but i still put monster receiving yards out of the backfield, i was second in the league overall.

I would play defense too but i hate the camera, i wanted to try playing corner but the camera doesn't really allow that.

Haven't played as a receiver but I concur with the guy above. Running to open space and catching a pass out of the backfield is by far the easiest and most effective thing you can do as a running back.

I mean theres absolutely no reason not to completely ignore the route called and just run what you find the most effective and spam the pass button as a RB. The CPU QB doesn't care that youre making **** up as you go along and will hit you in stride. I imagine it would be similar for a receiver.

On All-Pro as Michael Irvin (lot of fun, by the way, b/c I feel like am not as exposed to so many CPU AI issues when I am just playing as one player on "designated plays"):

Receiving: Some routes are easy (slant, post), but some are very challenging for me, such as 15 yard out routes and the zig-zaging posts along the sideline.

Blocking: LOL, this is very challenging for me, b/c I feel like I'm slipping and sliding all over the place and the camera angle is following the ball rather than my player. How did you master blocking as a WR?

KR & PR: LOL at myself having Irvin returning punts and kickoffs but hey, it's a videogame. Same experience as any other time.

Intangibles: I love (on a pass or runplay where I do NOT get the ball) running myself into the middle of the play to try and lay a "dive block" on some unsuspecting defender.

Verdict: Not too easy for me b/c of all the slipping and sliding, especially when trying to block a DB who is playing 5 yards or more off the line of scrimmage. Any tips?

I see everyone's point.I just feel like the Man to Man coverage should be a lil more difficult,I usually find my self leaving my defender in the dust and when they play zone i just exploit the gaps.

If you spam the "pass to me" button then yeah, its too easy. But they have the option to use that button or to NOT use that button.

Not realistic but I'm glad its there because nothing can get more annoying then a QB that DOESN'T throw to you but instead lobs it to the flats on a 3rd and 10.

Yea, needs to be tuned for sure. I guess they wanted it to be really easy so the casuals can put up good numbers
