start your online career, pick your character/team, and then go to start league and then you should have an option to start it with regular rosters or start a fantasy draft.

Start the franchise and pick all the settings. Once you do that it'll take you to the front page. There should be a button that lets you choose whether to start the season, or start a fantasy draft.

For me it was the button that you usually use to "Start your league"

After I selected it, I was offered the choice of default or fantasy draft.

You have to be a coach to select it though.
