Roleplaying in Madden

Ok I would just like to discuss some cool ideas for a true roleplaying experience in Madden. How cool would it be to actually spend all that money you make as a player or coach. How cool would it be to actually have a balance in your bank account. The possibilities are endless. You could spend your money on a crib, cars, furniture, clothes, tvs, decorative items, your wife lol. It would just totally emerse you into the game. Playing good on Sunday's and signing that big deal would mean so much more. Getting traded for a higher contract would be huge. Onto of that, give us interviews. Ask our player/coach questions with multiple possible answers. Allow the media to use those answers to either love or hate us. Bring us on the set of NFL total access after a huge game or even a video interview. Ask us questions in the locker room not just post game. Simulate other player and coaches interviews. Let us hear what other player/coaches have to say about us. Imagine the rivalries!!!! Let us take photos in instant replay and hang our favorites on the wall around the crib. Heck if we get really good they could have a huge picture of you in the background of the total access set next to the likes of Tom Brady and Adrian Peterson. Give us a car and deal if we are the superbowl MVp. The cool thing to is if we are connected online. They could constantly give a new material to buy. Like a new house to download for a possible purchase. New clothes, whatever. Oh and please let us walk around our crib and wear our favorite suit or whatever for interviews. Before we start the interview we could select our attire.

Anyway. I just wanted your thoughts on this and maybe you could add some more ideas to the list. This could be huge the topic explodes and we push for it. EA would listen since roleplaying is where they said they were headed. Please discuss

Why? You didn't enjoy having a crib on 2k5? You don't enjoy interview on Nba2k12? Those games were hugely successful? Would you like to explain why you don't like features put into a game to make it that much more interesting.... Please explain lol

Simple answer: We're playing Madden, not The Sims.

Having stuff like interviews in a player mode? That's one thing. Managing funds and bank accounts? Not so much. I already have enough trouble managing my real life bank account. Money management isn't what I play Madden for.

Not for a madden game. Tiburon needs to focus on gameplay and presentation likes it is on game day. Any time taken away from that is a waste. We already have to get through year 1 of a three year cycle...we don't need them to go off on a tangent for future years.

So you didn't enjoy your crib on 2k5, while most other people did. where you could look at your trophies and pictures and purchase furniture? Or were you old enough to play that game?

sure the crib was cool but it wasnt tied to a player mode. The career modes in the football games have always been ****ing garbage and if it was up to me id have them axed all together and put the dev time somewhere more useful.

I think instead of new features and pointless perks in Madden 14, they should spend most of the time making gameplay better AI wise and continuing to add features we had in previous Madden to CCM. And maybe a TeamBuilder website for Madden instead of having the crap Create A Team feature they've never seemed to change since Madden 04.

I would be happy to create a team and not have it replace a current team. Even start a new division or a LA team Roger Goodell talked about once. Then they can call this game a realistic sports RPG.
