SC Edition Promo Packs Not Showing Up

I purchased the Stanley Cup Edition of NHL 13, which came with 2 codes: One for HUT packs, and one for an EASHL boost pack. I redeemed both of these codes in the "Offer Code Entry" menu, and neither the boost pack nor the HUT packs have shown up.
The HUT packs, it told me, were supposed to show up in the store, but there's nothing there. Similarly I looked in the Hockey Shop for my boost pack and it wasn't there either.
Anyone else with this problem? For those of you that bought the SC edition, where did you find your packs once you had redeemed them?

Give it a few more days. I just called Gamestop and bc I was having the same problem with my packs, EA emailed Gamestop and said they're aware of the issue with the Ultimate Team promo pack codes not working. They said keep your codes and try them in a few days while EA tries to fix it.
