Player Progression in Be a GM

Is there player progression/player training in Be a GM this year? I looked everywhere in the menus and couldn't find it.

I guess the real question is whether (and how) players progress. Has anyone simmed a few seasons to test it out?

Simmed a few just to check it out. It seems the 4.5 star and up players tend to take 2 years at most to be NHL ready, about one more to be a good player and they progress slowly from there based on performance(I think).

Of course this is given that they perform well and get experience at their current level. I simmed and forgot that I had Jaden Schwartz scratched at the AHL level and he barely progressed at all.

It seems most players take a similar path, the difference maker being their performance at the current level.

Well that's good to hear! They should progress faster/slower based on how the perform

Progression this year is awesome! I drafted a 5 star potential player, he came in as a 55. I put him on my AHL roster, and with decent stats and playing time he progressed pretty well.

Great news! With apologies for thread-jacking, can you tell me if you can finally see each player's entire career stats, year by year? Thanks!
