Haven't seen anything online so posting, has anyone else had an issue trying to find a match in last hour or so?

We are trying to find a match with 3's no matching anything and we haven't found one in an hour, is there anyone else having this issue?

I was playing about 2 hours ago, had no issues at all. (PS3)
