New B1G 10 vs Pac 12 Dynasty

My dynasty finally fell off the activity charts last week with the release of Madden. We did get through 8 wonderfully fun seasons though. Time for me to start a new one with a fresh group of players from OS. Here's my idea...

7 min qtrs.
All American difficulty with sliders ( will let group vote on best set to use)
Looking to fill all 12 spots, but need a min. of 8 before we begin
Advance EVERY night at least once, if not twice
Must be a team from the Big 10 or Pac 12 (obvious)
Xbox 360 league
Need to have a mic to communicate. (If no mic, you need to be able to msg me in a fast manner)
It's a sim league, so play realistic. If they play like that in real life, i expect the same in the league.
Doing these two conferences in hopes we have a user-user game in the granddaddy of em all every yr.

Well that's not entirely true. My core group of guys have been playing together since NCAA 10 and average around 11 seasons each yr. This year we fell short by a couple of seasons, but don't tell me there aren't people who love advancing 1 time a night. I know I couldn't do a dynasty who only advanced every 3 or 4 days. That'd be boring as sin
