So I just finished my first season, went through the offseason and started the pre season. The only problem is that Louis Murphy and Olindo Mare disappeared from the game! I didn't see a news update saying they had retired, has anyone else had the same problem?

Also, with free agency, is it possible to actually find out if you have successfully signed a player. I put in bids for two low rated players and assumed that if they wanted more money or whatever I would get an activity update but nothing happened.

Tom Brady disappeared in my game. No one else that I've noticed. I would assume if he had a career ending injury the game would say something.

They just need to bring back the transaction hub back that they had in all the previous maddens...I never kno who retires,trades,signing and ect.

lack of a transactions log is what hurts that.

I simmed ahead in a chiefs franchise keeping my players. I found that the xp boosts, along with the right development rating, and you have a real star and can progress them just fine. a few positions are off, 3-4 nose is impossible in sim, that type of stuff. you can mantain at a lot of positions, and that is kind of cool. I loved seeing a HB not just lose speed because he didnt start in his third year in the league. that is cool.

also noticed with retirements that guys who "disappeared" would often have retired. Travis Daniels 4-5 years in did it to me and I wasnt expecting it and he was just gone. I bought the retirement package for ROLB and Hali retired and was just gone. Bowe got a "top story".

they need to look at the HOF for the top WR's like andre johnson/fitz. seeing a top 3 all time wr in every stat catagory get left out was just frustrating

I made a trade at the start of the 3rd year of my online CCM and ended up with CB Marcus Gilchrist. At the end of the season he just disappeared! He would have been 26 in the game, had never been injured, but he just vanished. Very had to build a team when you don't know who is going to remain on your team year to year.

Awhile back I posted that in the second year of my bengals franchise I traded for Tampa Bay Mike Williams. After that season he just disappeared.
