That right there is footage from Konami's new Metal Gear Solid game. Not directly related to PES but it's been said that PES 2013 will be the last game using the old graphics engine. 2014 will see the new Fox engine and it looks amazing! Check out 8:40 into the video to see the seamless transition from cutscene to gameplay.
