Uploading Game Face on Xbox 360 Problem

I made a game face on EA.com. But when i go to the upload game face on xbox madden 13 it says unable to download go make a face, but i already did. idk what the problem is.

Does the emails have to be the same?

Please help.

make sure you save the gameface online. if you don't, it never gets uploaded to the server.

i did. its saved on my account every time i login. its not coming up on the 360

i just wanna know how come my player is white. ive changed the skin color to the darkest skin and im still white.


ps i have no problems with anyone of any race

Try increasing the saturation of the picture you upload before making your game face. That's what worked for me. The skin color you pick on the site has no bearing on the skin color in Madden.
