Online CCM Skill Level
I set our franchise to All-Pro but every time someone joins it asks them to set a skill level as well. ANyone know the deal with this? I don't some people to be allowed to play on a lower skill level.

Anyone have any advice for what they did in their league?

ANother thing is that some people do not have the "Practice" option on their checklist. It's really weird.
