physical= athleticism.Think speed, agility, throw power, strength, etc
intangible= skills. throw accuracy, BCV, CTH, awareness, play recognition, etc
Size = how well the players size fits your scheme. For WRs a team that prefers route runners at WR prefers small quick WR so a guy who is 6-4 would have a poor size rating.Yet that same guy would have a good size rating if a team favors red zone threat WRs
production = how well a player has produced in the past. Nice idea but currently poorly implemented
durability = a players ability to stay healthy.

Edit: Oh here is a tip. When scouting draft prospects I personally feel physical is more important because intangible is easier to boost. Say I find a guy with a physical rating of A and a intangible rating of C; I may draft that guy. Yet if his physical was a C and his intangible was a C I may be inclined to stay away. Others may disagree though
