Trucking stick tip...

Not sure if there has been an "Official" thread for this, but while in practice I've noticed that the truck stick is differentially utilzied compared to Madden 11 (didn't buy Madden 12). Or madden 11 was like this but I never picked up on it.

When using the truck stick, it used to give you a single headbutt punch that only lasted less than half a second and would use it right before the hit. Now if you hold the right stick up for about 2 seconds prior to a hit, most of the time you will break the tackle.

Could be wrong, but doing this really helped me.... By the way I use the Cowboys with Demarco Murray.


Any other hints to help improve breaking tackles or avoiding them all together?

Ive noticed if you lay off the left stick you break more tackles to. nt sprinting helps alot
