I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, as I play 15 minute quarters with 12 second accelerated clock. I have auto sub sliders of 89,97, and everything was going fine for most of the game. The 1st running back was getting about 3/4 of the carries for both teams, and then, midway through the third, the starting runningbacks for both teams just disappear for the rest of the game. Even the Patriots second running back, Woodhead, disappeared in the 4th quarter and it was just Stevan Ridley for the Pats and Ronnie Hillman for the Broncos. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there any work around? This has only happened once, but I haven't gotten through many full games, especially with this auto sub setting, as I have been trying hard to get a perfect slider set.

You need to lower your sub in/out setting. I would suggest playing around with the fatigue slider first from the default in/out setting.
