Changing a Relief Pitcher to Starter??..

I have Aaron Crow on my team and he has decent stamina. I'd say a "D" while the rest of my relievers have "F". If I change him to a starter before the offseason, will his stamina improve more so I can eventually use him as a starter? He is an A potential pitcher..

I would just edit his stamina over a season or two to replicate you building it up to become a starter, not sure what the game would do in that situation though
