Yes, this is a serious (albeit simple) question and yes it is being asked by a fan of an SEC school.

Obviously I've drank for LSU games, but I prefer being sober, or just drinking 2-3 beers. When I drink I find myself reacting to the play and not actually watching it. Also there's the whole swing of emotions from "I LOVE YOU JEFFERSON"* to "What the actual **** Jordan?"^

So...am I the only one?

*That's an exaggeration, I don't think those words have ever been muttered about an LSU QB

I've never enjoyed drinking for a game. I like for all my senses to be there, to take everything in.

I don't drink before a game when I'm at home, either. Sometimes I'll have a beer during a game, but I don't like that so much, either.

I prefer to know what's going on when my team is playing.

Besides, I'm not of legal drinking age yet (at least for a few more months and neither are you, Watson, haha)....

I did in college, but my tolerance was pretty high and took a lot to get me drunk so it never really affected my ability to enjoy and pay attention to the game.

I don't really anymore and prefer to drink during the game now. I will have a few before the Bama/Michigan game this year because I'm spending the afternoon at the park with a bunch of friends but I definitely want to make sure I know what's going on.

Usually yes. I tailgate at all the home games, and I go to bars for the away games. So yeah.
