Question about Preordering

If I want to preorder NBA 2K13 so I can get on my birthday (September 3), when would I have to do so? When would it arrive at my household? Is the game even finished yet?

Pre odering only means that you have a copied reserved. You don't get it before release date.

You said you wanted it in 3 september but you can't cause it doesn't come out until 2 October.

If you pre order you will get it on 2 October.

Well that stinks, cause my parents only said I can play video games throughout September because of school. After that, no more video games until Thanksgiving Day Weekend/Christmas Break :/
