Did get 1 game in online last night For the most part it was smooth. The guy played total sim so it was one of my better experiences online

I used the Cboys and he was the Redskins. Not sure what was you going on but he was killing me over the top/middle. It's no secret that age has caused my stick skills to deminish

Dunno but I see my impression deleted, but anywho I'm enjoying online, and it should be fun for a while outside of online.franchise and communities.

Just played my first online game...49ers vs Cowboys(me)..Online play was pretty smooth. I enjoyed everything except the cheeser I was facing. Onside kicked every kickoff, went for it on 4th downs, and no huddled the whole game. I ended up winning. I'm in love with this game. This game keeps wanting you come back for more.

I ran into a chesser as well & he went for it on 4th down as well. Blitzed on D every play. He ended quitting once he figured he was doomed

True that, I have played a lot of cheesers and destroyed them with ease, football knowledge comes in handy this year it seems, but I'm not gonna put too much stock into it just yet.

This was my first time playing online in years, so take that into account.
I have a super fast Internet connection and the game was sort of choppy.
One thing I would like to know or how to get around is people cheesing and me having to take the loss. It was their first drive and it was 4th and 15 or so. I put out my put return team and they came out with their offense. So I was forced into a timeout and put my d on the field then they punted. Next time it was 4th and 13 they came out again with the offense and I just ended the game and had to take the loss. I sort of think that is unfair and would like to know a way around that. 4th and under 5 is ok I guess to go. For it once in a while, but to do what that person did is not ok. I think if you want to play arcade football you can play blitz or something.

We all hate cheesers but you are playing randoms when you go to play now online. You can make someone play sim football. Their are threee options you have when you come across a cheeser.

1. I would never do this but you can fight fire with fire. If someone is cheesing you then you can resort to cheese also. Once again, I would never do this but it is an option.


2. Play SIM football to the best of your abilities. Most people on here will tell you that about 80% of the time playing SIM football will beat a cheeser.

3. Just quit. If you dont want to resort to the first choice and the second choice just wont work then there will be no harm in quitting. Yea you will get the lose, but its just a game. Your record wont win you any prize

Also when you are on defense, wait to choose your play until you can see what formation the offense comes out in. That would solved the issue in you post.
