Online Dynasty Settings

I tried changing the max team prestige so that my friend could join a dynasty that is already in progress. But when he tries to join, it says he can only join as a 1 or 2 star team, even though it shows me that the max team prestige is 6. I hope there is to fixing this

you need to advance it for the settings to go into effect.
