Remeber when the defensive ends used to get a pass rush?

Remember when you would get that sweet blind side hit causing a fumble or when you used to have to gameplan against powerful defensive ends......

What the heck happened to the pass rush in this game? The DE's don't do anything. They might occassionally get a sack when the QB tries to scramble, but most of the time even All-American DE's get shut down while the DT leads the team in sacks.

Make sure you're using the right kind of special move (power or finesse) for your DE's ability. I had a DE come a couple sacks away from the record one year because he was beastly at finesse moves.

There is too much DT pressure compared to DE pressure though, when the CPU controls the line.

I'm just starting to post on the site, but I've broken the game and season sack record with a DE on Akron. I find the pass rush off the edge to easy this year IMO.

I'm not talking about user controlled DE. I am talking about AI controlled DE's.

I agree with this. It´s been a while that DT are the main pass rushers while the DE just stay there.. pushing.. and pushing...

I think it is a little to easy. I just got 70.5 sacks with an 82 rated defensive end on Heisman.
