I've played 2 games since doing this on the demo, and both games have felt much better since doing so. You will still see dropped passes, but now the CPU will drop passes as well and it evens things out more for better gameplay imo.

I know this tip helped a bit when playing All-Madden in Madden 12 and seems to be the same for me in 13. Hope this helps and enjoy!
