Just a heads-up for the PC fans out there, Amazon is knocking $6.29 off the retail price for NBA 2K13 preorders:

The PC version was easily the best last year thanks to all the great user mods.

EDIT: The sale appears to be over. The disc-version is back up to the MSRP of $29.99.

That is tempting. But, I may wait to it get under 20 to get it. I may wait until November to by the PC version.

I will wait to see if it can work on my labtop. I had some problems with my labtop overheating, my controller not working at times

Done! It's the DVD version, too. I like the Steam download, but would rather have a hard copy! Thanks so much.....

Yeah, Steam will be $29.99 for at least 6 months.

I actually think it will be a lot more than that here in Australia - despite our dollar being > US $1 (don't get me started on steam ripoffs). 2K12 is AU $49.99 right now.

How does Amazon downloads actually work - does it have its own launcher/manager like steam or is it just standalone?
