What up guys! I'm near the end of my UCF dynasty's 3rd season. Going to the championship game and a decent bowl game. Is there a chance if i continue to do well, that I will get offered jobs at other schools or an offer to move into another conference?

Yes. If your prestige goes up you'll get offers from bigger schools.
No. All conference moves are handled manually with custom conferences now so there are no more invites from conferences.

If its NCAA 11- back in the day, there are incites. If NCAA 12 to 13, there aren't. But yes, he can change schools.
