Found a 2K12 My Player Draft Glitch
Playing through a couple seasons with the 6ers, I notice we kept getting the 1st pick in the draft season after season regardless of our record. So then I checked the other teams picks and realized that the draft order is based on the team names alphabetically. It never changes. Meaning the 76ers will always pick 1st and the Warriors will always pick last once you start your career.

The glitch has been there since since the released. Puzzled that they never patched it.

With the way how progression works, the draft glitch really kills it in a few season
