Best way to specify Double WR coverage?

It seems they've stripped out the double x and doubly y coverage formations from the defensive playbooks that i have tried. Perhaps im just not looking in the right ones??

Assuming it is gone from the playbooks, can someone explain to me how to assign two defenders to cover a particular WR with the pre-snap adjustments?

If you play a man defense, choose a player not assigned to the receiver you would like to double
You can then hot route this defender by pressing "A" on an Xbox controller than flick the Left stick to the left, then each of the receivers is designated a button, press the button that corresponds to the player you'd like to have your defender cover and he will be double teamed.

Hey, thank you very much for that info. I spent about 2hrs in Practice Mode trying to figure this out but never thought to actually choose the DB/LB!" I have never been much a pre-snap D adjustment guy clearly! haha

did not know this, I am terrible at defense adjustments and audibles... I couldn't figure out how to double team a WR anymore, thanks a ton.

You have to do it pretty fast too. Often times if you are unfamiliar with the buttons for defensive changes you won't have enough time to do it.
