new to nba 2k12 PC....

I downloaded the Ultra rosters, sick rosters by the way, and im wondering if there are any sliders for gameplay i should use? need realistic NBA type

also, is there anyway to get missing guys like sonny weems, brad miller, chris quinn and jordan farmar back?? tried to import them from older rosters and it didnt work.

and are there any classic drafts?

albysroster and sliders are what i'm using. There is a missing players file but I forgot which roster I downloaded it with. If I can find it I'll post it back here.
