I have NCAA 12 is 13 worth it?

The gameplay is much more enjoyable and exciting on 13 than 12 in my opinion.

Id buy it if I was considering it.

I would say yes. I couldn't stand 12. It was the only time I didn't like ncaa football. As a result i only played it a hand full of times. I like 13 much better. I've already played 13 more than I played 12. There are still some things that need to be fixed but overall it is better than 12.

It's the same game bro...a few tweaks here and there...but overall nothing different

they somehow added more bugs to dynasty despite changing little more than cosmetics, i would wait until there's a patch to see IF the bugs are fixed

Depends. Personally, even though there are very subtle changes, they make a whale of a difference, at least from what I see.

However, I'd just recommend renting it and see how much you like it before actually buying.
