Could someone clarify the Requirements to keep some of the not so clear cut promises

Could anybody help me to understand the requirements to keep some of the promises that aren't obvious.
Some I would like to know are...
Guarantee solid playing time freshmen year - does he have to play a certain number of snaps, games or what.
Play a game in his home state - does it have to be the first year?
National exposure - no idea what requirements would be on this one.
Any other promises you can think of that would need clarification would be great. Thank you

Guarantee solid playing time freshmen year

- I think it has to do with the depth chart. On defense I run 34 and I promised my 2nd MLB solid playing time. But, I had failed the promise. So, for this promise, I use it for QBs that I could start the year after I red shirt them because there's a senior in front of him. Same thing for safeties. As far as WRs and CBs, based on my experiences, they would have to be in the top 2 on the depth chart.

Play a game in his home state

- I've always done it first year. I think I had failed it the first year, in the past, so it became routine. I tend to promise this to recruits from my state (automatic keeper) or somebody that's coming far away but wants to stay close to family.

National exposure

- There are regional games, games only seen within your area, and national games. Normally, top 25 play national games. Big conferences get some national games. So you should make this promise if you have a chance of breaking the top 25 or you play a lot of "high rank" / popular teams.

These are from my experiences and may not be definite, but I hope it helped

So the starting as a freshman promise they can still be red shirted because I have always used that with the no redshirt promise because I assumed it had to be the true freshman season. Do you know if it has to be the entire season or if 6-7 games would be enough? Thanks alot for your help. I will be using promises a lot this year because I am going into an online dynasty with friends using Louisville while they are using 6 star teams, so needless to say i will be overmatched for recruiting

I tried a test season as SMU, but in the Big XII conference (so I play big named schools like OU and Tex) and promised everyone that they'd get good national exposure. Being in the Big XII (an A rated conference) wasn't enough and I broke the promise to everyone. I think my TV exposure pitch was still only a C+ at the time.

I know on ncaa 12 solid playing time meant starting. i signed a 5* RB with that promise but had a great one who was a senior. I used foramtion subs to get the freshman a good number of snaps each game and had him returning punts and kickoffs but he transferred after his freshman year anyway.

Not just win in general, but you need to play in and win televised games. That's what it says in game.
