How to upload roster file to PS3?
** You must have the program WinRAR
Step by step
1. Create a folder titled "PS3" (if necessary).
2. Create a folder titled "SAVEDATA" and drop it inside the "PS3" folder.
3. Download roster and place file in the "PS3" folder.
4. Copy folder to a USB drive.
5. Then go to PS3 SAVEDATA Utility.
6. Click on your USB drive.
7. Find roster file and copy it.
8. Boot up 2K12 and load the roster file.

I am currently working on a 2K12 free agency period based off my last roster update. You will find the rosters features below. (http://www.operationsports.com/forum...r-updates.html)

* Player Contracts
I will include a new player contract system in V.3. Ex: Kobe Bryant will have 1 yr removed from his contract. So his 2012 salary will replace his 2011 salary. Ex: 2011/12: Yr 1:$25,244,493, 2012/13: Yr 2:$27,849,149. I believe this method is much better than my previous one which was add an extra yr to all 2013 rookies.

* 2012 & 2013 Rookie Adjustments
All 2012 rookies (Kyrie, Shumpert, Faried, etc) will be changed to 2 year pros. This way it will be as if you were playing NBA 2K13. On All-Star weekend it will be the correct Sophomores vs. Rookies.

Note: If you are manually editing my roster do not release players that were imported into the roster to free agency b/c then they will be permanently removed. Players such as Aaron Brooks, Jeff Green, Patrick Mills, etc

Other features/tips to make your association as realistic as possible!

* I think Kyrie Irving will win the 2012 rookie of the year award no matter what (in Association mode) so it doesn't really matter. So you can change him back to a 1 yr pro and then in the next year do the same to A. Davis.

* Some rookies (Anthony Davis, Bradley Beal, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Marquis Teague, Tony Wroten, Moe Harkless, Andre Drummond, etc) were born in 1993 so you need to change his age on the 2nd yr of your franchise since the age year limit is 1992.

June 11th when most free agent signings become official.

I am completely finished with the Lakers, Trailblazers and Knicks () rookie draft picks. Almost all restricted free agent contracts have been updated such as Nicholas Batum, Roy Hibbert, Jeremy Lin, etc.

I just need to put in all the 2013 rookies. Most international players are already on the roster, most contracts and transactions are done. I don't plan on releasing the roster today b/c there is no point. If 75% of 2013 rookies are in roster.
